PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES:
Tuition is paid by automatic account debit by credit card or bank account and is drawn between the 26-28th of the month immediately prior to month lessons are received. An annual registration fee is charged at the time of registration. All fees are non refundable.  A $25.00 late fee will be added to accounts that are 1 week past due.

WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS
Dance and music students may withdraw with one month written notice.  To withdraw, an adult must complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by the school office. Withdrawals will not be accepted over the phone.  All automatic bank debiting will stop after the one month notice.
 
EXTREME WEATHER/CANCELLED CLASSES
If the school must cancel classes due to extreme weather or events beyond our control, we will make every effort to schedule makeups.  There are no refunds for lessons/classes missed due to these reasons.  

MISSED LESSONS/CLASSES DUE TO ILLNESS
If a student misses their group lesson due to illness they may attend another class of the same level during the week. 

MISSED PRIVATE LESSONS & MAKE UP LESSONS
Music students may arrange 2 make up lessons per semester with their private teacher upon student absence.  Students may also attend departmental music workshops as a makeup.  There are no refunds for missed lessons.  Dance students are always welcome to arrange to attend another class as a makeup.  

TRIAL LESSONS & EXTRA LESSONS

  • Students may sign up for a trial lesson before committing to a month of lessons. We also allow students to sign up for extra lessons in order to help them prepare for an upcoming performance and/or audition.

    • $45 for one 30 min lesson

    • $65 for one 45 min lesson

    • $85 for one 60 min lesson

CARE OF STUDENTS
The school is not responsible for providing before or after class care of students. Parents with     
students under the age of 6 are to remain in the school during classes.  

INJURIES
Parents, legal guardians of minor students, and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal dance activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during, or after the class time.  

PHOTO RELEASE
The school is hereby granted the permission to take photographs of students to use in brochures, website, posters and other advertisements.
