How do I access my tickets for entry at the Recital? Tickets are digital. Your name will be on our list that is at the front of house Ticket Table. Please keep your RECEIPT from Square to match the number of tickets we have under your name and guests with tickets. If you arrive early, VIP ticket holders may check in with the ticket table to receive your entry bracelets. General Admission ticket holders will receive red paper tickets after checking in with the Ticket Table to streamline entrance. After you receive your bracelet or ticket, guests are welcome to wait outside in the courtyard, or in the lobby.
What time can I find my seat? Doors for VIP ticket holders will open at 1:30pm. This enables ushers to get VIP ticket holders seated. Then doors will open for General Admission ticket holders at 1:40pm. We ask for your patience as our front of house staff members assist you, and ushers help you to your seats. We ask that when you are seated that you fill in gaps and not leave a seat in between parties for the best viewing opportunity for all in attendance! If you arrive early, VIP ticket holders may check in with the ticket table to receive your entry bracelet to streamline entrance when doors open. Where are bathrooms? Bathrooms are located downstairs from the main entrance lobby, and if needed prior to doors opening, our ushers can assist you in finding them! There is an elevator available for those who find difficulty navigating stairs.
Can I buy flowers at the door even if I did not pre-order? Yes! We will have extra flower bouquets and fun gifts for dancers like a small keychain White Rabbit plushie, or a huggable teddy bear at our Gift Table!
Where do I park? There are a few parking spots on the street on Academic Way close to the Johnson Theatre entrance. Otherwise, guests are encouraged to drop off family members near the entrance, and then follow the circle back to McDaniel Drive to park in the UNH Lot B (large lot between Academic Way and McDaniel Drive). There will be A frame signs out on Academic Way to indicate direction to the Theatre Entrance.
